Due to high demand, orders may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Please contact us at support@velvencia.com for any questions. ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 to 5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 to 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 5 to 20 days using our shipping provider.
Post's delivery standard is 2-3 days. A flat rate shipping fee of $5 to $30 applies to orders shipping time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping, we offer $5 to $30 flat rate shipping to Canada, and for USA, it is from $5 to $15.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, United Kingdom Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United States.
If you’re using calculated shipping rates, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If you offer multiple international shipping options, you can list them in a table as well. You can include broader delivery timelines (e.g., 8 to 25 days) for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. VELVENCIA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At VELVENCIA, every custom product is made uniquely for you. As each design is personalized and created upon request, we do not accept returns on any custom-made items, including clothing with personal designs or special alterations.
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before submitting it. This ensures that all design elements, sizing, and details meet your expectations. In case of any errors on our end, please contact us at support@velvencia.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
